By downloading, installing, and using Screenshoter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Screenshoter for personal, non-commercial purposes on your MacBook with an M-series processor, subject to these Terms of Service.

3. System Requirements

Screenshoter is designed for and requires:

  • MacBook with M1, M2, M3, M4, or M5+ processor
  • macOS 11.0 or later
  • Minimum 50 MB free disk space

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Screenshoter only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the application.

Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Using screenshots to violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or modify the application
  • Redistributing the application without permission

5. Intellectual Property

Screenshoter and all its components are the exclusive property of Screenshoter, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Screenshoter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Screenshoter is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Screenshoter at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of applicable jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
